Ljubljana – Telekom Slovenije, a state-controlled Slovenian telecommunications firm, has agreed to buy a cable TV operator in the Serb-dominated part of Bosnian-Herzegovina for 1.3 million euros (1.9 million dollars), the company said on Tuesday.
