Vienna – The arrest of Bosnian Serb war-time military leader Ratko Mladic is not a political question for Serbia, but simply a technical matter, Serbian prime minister Mirko Cvetkovic said in Salzburg on Sunday.

Moore stated that he expected Podgorica to bear in mind the fact that the vast majority of EU and NATO member states had recognized Kosovo’s unilateral independence declaration when taking its own decision on recognition.

Belgrade: Vojislav Kostunica, the DSS leader stated that only 126 MPs can form a majority that represents the will of the citizens. He warned that anything else would mean changing the will of the people, usurping power, and suspending democratic order.
