Pristina: Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg visited Kosova Prime Minister Hashim Thaci yesterday.

In a meeting, Schwarzenberg said that his nation will react to the declaration of Kosovo’s independence in harmony with the other EU states.

The foreign minister also highlighted the significance of EU’s plan to send 1,800 civilian officials to Kosovo to substitute the KFOR mission. He said the Czech Republic will take part in the EU mission as it did with KFOR.

Schwarzenberg also met Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu, UNMIK deputy head Larry Rossin and Parliament Speaker Jakup Krasniqi.
