Richard Holbrooke Visits Kosovo

Pristina: According to networks, the former U.S. Balkan negotiator Richard Holbrooke will meet with Kosovo Albanians’ senior officials in Pristina today.
After arriving at the Priština airport, Holbrooke, who is on Prestina visit, said that he is visiting Kosovo in order to directly familiarize himself with the situation there.
He explained that the visit would be “very emotional,” but did not comment on the situation, stating that it is too early in the visit for impressions.
According to the local media, Holbrooke met with Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuci after arriving in Pristina. Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu’s cabinet stated that he would be meeting with the former American diplomat today.
