City Electoral Commission : DS Coalition Wins Votes In majority In Belgrade

Belgrade: According to the City Electoral Commission (GIK), the coalition led by the Democrats (DS) has won 39.67 percent of votes in the race for the Belgrade city hall. Thus, the DS coalition has won 45 seats.
The second-placed Radicals (SRS) have won 32.79 percent of the Belgraders’ votes, or 38 seats. The DSS-NS coalition is looking at 13 city assembly mandates, from 11.85 percent of votes.
The Liberal Democrats (LDP) will have eight seats, while the SPS-PUPS-JS coalition can count on six. With 110 seats, the capital’s assembly will now choose the next mayor of Belgrade.
