Belgrade: Milivoje Mihajlovic, director of the government’s Office of Media Relations, declared that the concession agreement on the construction of the Horgos-Pozega main road (highway) will be put forward on the government site when concessionaires allow that.

In a declaration, Mihajlovic added that Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic is responsible of communication with concessionaires owing to Article 24 of the aforementioned agreement that envisage a forbiddance on its publication without approval of all participants.

The Deputy Prime Minister has already sent out a letter to concessioners demanding their authorization and the reply is anticipated soon, said Mihajlovic adding up that the concession contract will finally be published.

Addressing about whether it might occur that concessionaires insist that the bond remains confidential, Mihajlovic said he thinks that the written document will be publicized as there is nothing disputable in it.
