Pristina: Forty-five-year-old Fehmij Mujota has been named as the new Defense Minister by the Kosovo government. As Defense Minister, Mujota will command the Kosovo security services, which consist of some 2,500 active members and 800 reservists.

Pristina: The UNMIK Chief Joachim Ruecker yesterday said that he would leave Kosovo after June.
